The documents below are used in a chapter in La diffusion numérique des données en SHS. Guide des bonnes pratiques éthiques et juridiques (ed. Ginouvès and Gras, 2018, PUP). In the chapter entitled “Consent in the digital context” (Fellous-Sigrist, pp.141-155), these documents are showed as “consent documents”, i.e. tools which can be helpful to acquire and record interviewees’ (and interviewers’) consent. The examples below are meant to help the readers better understand the options currently available to prepare such documents and to decide which ones could be relevant.
Readers are strongly encouraged to make sure that they are using the most up-to-date versions of these examples; this can be done by checking the website of the organisation which produced them.
